L\u2019\u00e9tude a permis d\u2019identifier et de caract\u00e9riser l&rsquo;expression de plusieurs prot\u00e9ines qui permettent de diff\u00e9rencier les souches sensibles aux antimicrobiens de celles r\u00e9sistantes pour les deux pathog\u00e8nes <em>Y. pestis et F. tularensis<\/em>. Pour <em>Y. pestis<\/em>, une diff\u00e9rence d\u2019expression des prot\u00e9ines selon les phases de collecte (exponentielle vs. tardive) a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e. La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019antibiotique dans le milieu de culture a eu un impact sur l\u2019expression des prot\u00e9ines associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la RAM. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques repr\u00e9senteraient des signatures prot\u00e9omiques de la RAM et elles pourraient constituer la base de nouvelles approches pour identifier de nouvelles souches r\u00e9sistantes aux antimicrobiens.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En effet, la r\u00e9sistance aux antimicrobiens repr\u00e9sente une menace croissante de sant\u00e9 publique mondiale \u00e9tant \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mies comme celle de la peste pulmonaire (PP) \u00e0 Madagascar en f\u00e9vrier 2013 dans le district de Faratsiho, \u00e9pid\u00e9mie due \u00e0 une souche de<em> Y. pestis<\/em> r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 la streptomycine<sup>3<\/sup>. L\u2019Unit\u00e9 Peste de l\u2019Institut Pasteur de Madagascar et le Northern Arizona University ont caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 cette souche r\u00e9sistante par l\u2019analyse des souches isol\u00e9es et des extraits d\u2019ADN issus des \u00e9chantillons de sang ou d\u2019expectorations provenant de personnes atteintes de PP lors de cette \u00e9pid\u00e9mie. La r\u00e9sistance de cette souche \u00e0 la streptomycine est due \u00e0 une mutation bact\u00e9rienne, pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment identifi\u00e9e chez 2 souches de <em>Y. pestis<\/em> non apparent\u00e9es (\u00e9tude<sup>4<\/sup>).
